The Trenton Thunder minor league baseball team in New Jersey have a Thunder Burger Challenge which at its core are two 8 oz. hamburgers separated by a grilled cheese sandwich and topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Those patties are then topped with bacon and coleslaw and everything is sandwiched between a pair of grilled cheese sandwiches stuffed with famous Case’s Pork Roll from Trenton. This monster is served with a side of spicy fries, macaroni salad and a pickle. If it’s finished within the 30 minute time limit it is free
